Bob Gehrke is the current President of the Kane County Farm Bureau and has been a member since 1976. Bob operates a grain farm with his wife and children in Elgin and grows corn, beans, wheat and hay. He has been farming since 1975 when he started with 15 acres for an FFA project. Bob is also on the Conserv FS Board. He enjoys golf, camping, hiking, skiing and woodwork. Bob and his wife, Beth, have two children.

Mike is the current Vice President of the Kane County Farm Bureau and has been a member since 1971. Mike operates a dairy farm and farms 1600 acres of corn, soybeans, and hay. He has been farming for 45+ years. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Illinois and is a U.S. Army veteran. He is a director at First Community Bank; Conserv FS; Chairman Elgin Township Republican Party; and District I Director Illinois Farm Bureau. He enjoys riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and going to the health club. Mike and his wife, Carol, have three children.

Joe is the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Kane County Farm Bureau and has been a member since 1975. Joe lives in Kaneville and farms 950 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and hay. He has been farming for 30 years. He farms with his father, with whom he shares equipment. Joe is the Kaneville Classics 4-H club contact leader, Kane County 4-H Foundation Member, Kane County Fair Assistant Superintendent (swine), and St. Galls church member. Joe and his wife, Bonnie, have four children.

Albert has been a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau since 1996. Al lives in St. Charles and along with his parents and brother operates a dairy farm with an emphasis on red genetics with U.S. and international sale of animals and embryos. He has been farming for 20 years. Al graduated from St. Charles high school and attended the University of Illinois with a major in Ag Mechanization and minor in Animal Science. He is the Past President of Kishwaukee DHIA and a member of Fox Valley Bible Church. Al and his wife, Rhonda, have three children.

Jerry has been a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau since 1994. Jerry lives in Huntley and farms 450 acres row crops and 180 acres of vegetables. He has been farming for over 20 years. He farms with his brother and receives help from his parents during busy times. Jerry is also active on the Boy Scouts (Troop 267) Committee Board. He holds an Associates Degree from Harper College. Jerry and his wife, Cindy, have three children.
Beth Engel
Beth joined the Kane County Farm Bureau in 1968.  She is a member of the Tri-County Holstein Club, Illinois Holstein Association, and National Holstein Association.  She is a FSA COC advisor, and she has been a 4-H leader.  Beth has been farming her entire life.  Right now, Beth, her husband Dennis, and two of their 5 sons farm 385 acres and run their registered Holstein Dairy Farm, Luck-E Holsteins, with 190 milk cows plus replacements.  One of her most gratifying highlights of her farming career has been raising five sons with her husband on their farm and watching them succeed in their agricultural careers.  Beth belongs to the Farm Bureau because the Farm Bureau helps to maintain and strengthen farm families and communities while informing and educating the public on agricultural issues, including food quality.

Alan has been a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau since 1973. Alan lives in Hampshire and farms 1400 acres of corn, soybeans and is a Monsanto seed dealer, DeKalb/Asgro. He has been farming for over 30 years and holds a Bachelor Degree. Alan is Burlington District #1 Secretary/Treasurer, and a Methodist Church member. He enjoys golf, classic cars, and coins. Alan and his wife, Gayle, have three children.

Donna has been a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau since 2002. She is also the Chairperson of the Marketing and is on a number of other committees. Donna has a B.A. in Botany from Duke University and a Masters of Environmental Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Big Rock Historical Society and is the Illinois Green Pastures Fiber Co-op manager. Donna and her family live in Big Rock and farm 8 acres of organic vegetables, hay, oats and also produce wool from their flock of sheep. She enjoys spinning and agricultural history. Donna and her husband, Scott, have two children.
Gene Feldott Gene Feldott
Gene has been a member of the Kane County Farm Bureau for 37 years.  He has served on the Kane County Farm Bureau Board for 16 years.  Chris Feldott, his father, served on the Board for eight years before Gene.  Gene is also a member of the Kane County Corn Growers and American Legion, and he is a former member of the Kendall County Pork Producers and Assistant 4-H Leader.  Gene grew up on a farm, and after he returned from military service, he farmed part-time while working as a Ford automobile mechanic.  In 1980, he went into farming full time.  He went to West Chicago High School and Greer Tech in Chicago.  Currently, Gene is in a family partnership with his brother, and they raise over 1,500 acres of corn, soybeans and alfalfa.  Some of his interests include golfing, flying, poker, and bowling.  He lives in Aurora.  He and his wife, Daryl, have three children.
