Join us Tuesday, March 24 at Kane County Farm Bureau from 9:30am-Noon for a free seminar to learn about the Illinois Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy and the role cover crops play in nutrient management. Join your neighbors for a weekend full of farming fun, April 10-12 at Kane County Farm Bureau’s annual salute to spring.  Touch-A-Tractor, our free community service open house has lots of antique tractors and modern farm equipment, plus activities for kids, farm animals, food, and visit with local farmers on hand to answer questions about how your food is grown. A FREE family event. All concession proceeds benefit KCFB Foundation Scholarships. More

Tractor Raffle Offers More Choice Than Ever
The 2015 Winner's Choice Tractor Raffle for KCFB Foundation college scholarships lets the grand prize winner choose one of three IH antique tractors: 1953 Farmall Super C, 1961 IH 240 Utility, or 1947 Farmall Super A. Or choose a John Deere riding lawn mower or $2,500 cash; 2nd prize: $500 in groceries, 3rd prize: $500 in fuel, 4th prize: $250 in Farm Bureau Bucks. Tickets: $10 or 3 for $25.
